All orders meeting the requirement for the Free Shiping offer ($150.00 or more), will automatically receive the Free Ground Shipping. No coupons or codes are needed. The system is programmed to deduct these charges. Express, USPS Mail, Freight & International Services (Overnight, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Select, Ground to Canada, International Air, LTL Freight) are excluded from this offer unless otherwise mentioned.

Delivery times
We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed. If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, here is what you can expect?
FedEx Ground:
Ground - If your order is placed M-F, before 10 A.M. CST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. FedEx picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. 3 Day Select- If your order is placed M-F, before 10 A.M. CST, your order will usually leave our facility the same day you order it. Your order will arrive on your doorstep in three days, starting with shipping day number one.
2nd Day Air- If your order is placed M-F, before 10 A.M. CST, your order will leave our facility the same day you order it. FedEx picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two days, starting with shipping day number one.
Next Day Air- If your order is placed M-F, before 10 A.M. CST, your order will leave our facility the same day you order it. FedEx picks up from our facility at the end of the day during the week, so the following day is considered shipping day number one. Your order will arrive the day after the order is placed, if your order is placed before 10 A.M. CST. Delvery is guaranteed by 3 P.M. local time
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS: FedEx does not pick up orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major holidays. The days that FedEx is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting up your shipping days, consider this important information.
*We are not responsible for FedEx's performance. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department, and we will file the claim, on your behalf, with FedEx. FedEx only guarantees and accepts claims for fast shipments, (not ground). FedEx does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. Please see their website for all details.
USPS:
Priority Mail- We offer this service on all items, with the exception of the heavy weight items such as Laundry Trucks. On average, Priority Mail takes three shipping days. USPS orders are shipped the following shipping day, (M-F), after the order is placed. Priority Mail is not guaranteed by us or the Postal Service. FREE SHIPPING is not included in this shipping option.
First Class Mail - We offer this service on our light weight items weighing nomore than 13 ounces (this includes packaging). Anything shipped over 13 ounces will automatically be bumped up to the next service level, which is USPS Priority Mail. If you elect to use PayPal with this service and the total weight exceeds 13 ounces, we will contact you for authorization to bill the extra shipping costs or cancel your order, requesting you use the next service level. FREE SHIPPING is not included in this Shipping Option. Tracking is not available for USPS First Class Mail.

Method of Delivery
The majority of items are shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express, but for larger items we might use specialized freight carriers.

Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)
When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available). In some cases, your order may be 'drop-shipped' direct from a manufacturer of the item. We do not alway get tracking information from them.
