Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, an automated e-mail will be sent shortly after confirming your order along with your order
confirmation number. Anytime you would need to contact with us regarding your order, you would
use this number as a reference.

Example: yhst-34606345476672-489: This is an example of your order confirmation number.
Please reference the last 4 digits as this is your actual order number

When we ship your order, which is usually the next business day, you will receive another e-mail
with your shipment tracking number from us along with a correspondence from FedEx. This will
allow you to track your shipment from us through
www.fedex.com

Can I order over the phone or fax?

Yes you may place an order with us over the phone or fax if you don't feel comfortable using the
website or giving your personal information out. If you wish to place an order over the phone, we
require the following information:
  • Name
  • Address
  • City, State, Zip Code
  • Credit Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • CVV (3 digit number on the back of your card). This number is for verification purposes only.
  • Email Address (for us to send order confirmations and shipping notifications)
  • Telephone Number
  • Billing Address (if different from the ship to address. This is the address that you receive
    your credit card statement at, ie PO Box, etc.)











Will I be charged sales tax?

Businesses / Residents residing inside Nebraska will be charged 7% State Sales Tax on the full
amount of the order, minus any shipping costs or discounts. If you or your business has a
Nebraska State Sales Tax Identification Number, please inform us with the number and we will
remove the Sales Tax. We do ask that you fax a copy of your Nebraska Sale Tax Exemption to us
for our records to 402-493-4807. All other residents / businesses outside of Nebraska are tax-free
and will not be charged sales tax.

For International Orders, you are required to uphold any Customs Policies your country has
regarding shipments from the United States. A Customs Declaration Form will be filled out with
shipment.

Do you accept COD orders online?

No we do not accept COD orders online. The online ordering process has been set up to accept
Visa, Master Card, Discover and Purchase Orders. If you would like to pay COD for your order,
there is an additional charge for COD orders since COD is considered a "Specialty Service" by the
shipping company. Simply select COD as your method of payment and click apply. You will pay an
additional $11.50 COD fee along with the price of your order to the delivery person. All COD
payments are to be made by check or money order. No CASH is accepted. To pay via COD, simply
contact us over the phone to place your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, COD and Purchase Orders. Please note that all orders
sent COD will be assessed a $11.50 Service Charge by UPS. This is considered a specialty service
offered by UPS.








What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

You may return it, even if you've used it. We will either issue you a replacement for the product, or
a refund, the choice is yours. All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee which is subtracted
from the refund amount. Defective items are excluded from this policy.

How do I return a product?

  1. Pack items securely (we suggest, if possible, in the original shipping carton the items were
    received in)
  2. Contact us to inform us you are returning your item(s) at which time we will give you our
    FedEx Account Number for the return.
  3. Call FedEx to arrange a pick up at 1-800-463-3339 (FedEx). Please have the following
    information available.
  • Tell the representative that you are returning a package
  • Address for pick up
  • Number of boxes
  • UPS will pick up your package the next business day.
  • Or take your package to a FedEx Kinko's (FedEx Office) or any FedEx Staffed
    location. They will assist you with the return

How long will it take to get a refund?

Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of the returned goods. If you paid for your order with
a credit card, then the normal time frame to see your credit showing up on your account statement
would be 1-2 billing cycles, depending on the date of refund issuance.

Do you offer a Satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied,
simply return the item for a refund, exchange or store credit. Store Credit will be issued in the form
of a Gift Certificate good until you deplete the funds.

If I need my order immediately, when will I receive it?

All items purchased that are in stock ship the next business day. Being centrally located most of our
customers across the United States will receive their orders within 2-5 business days. If the item is
out of stock, please be assured that we have another order placed and will ship when it arrives.

If you would need your order sooner, we offer other shipping methods to get it to you faster. During
the checkout process please select
FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx 3 Day shipping at
time of purchase. If the items are out of stock or don't match the quantity you desire, we will place
the order for you and "Drop Ship" the order directly to you.

Please remember that your order won't ship until the next business day on in stock items. Direct
orders are at the digression of the manufacturer and their lead times.

My was damaged during transportation, what do I do now?

If your order arrives damaged and the FedEx Delivery person is still there, you need to refuse the
shipment. You then need to call us right away and we will reship your order to you.

If your order is damaged and the FedEx Driver has already left,  call us as soon as possible. We will
contact FedEx to pick up the package for return and reship your order. Do not open the actual
packaged item but mark on the package the order arrived in with a marker "Return To Sender" and
reseal the package as best as possible.


Coupons

Can shoppers enter multiple coupons during checkout?

No. Our checkout system is set up to allow only applying one coupon per order. It is not possible to
enter multiple coupons even if the coupons are of a different type (for example, one for free
shipping, and another for a percent off).
